Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped between 1-4 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 week of placing your order, please contact us at onewickawayco@gmail.com for a status update.

All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. Shipping times vary between 5-8 business days. Please note that USPS and UPS are experiencing delays with delivery and we cannot guarantee the exact shipping time once the order has left our studio.
